Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • some mineral water
  • Dark chocolate coating for coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the chocolate coating in a bowl and make a batter. Using two teaspoons, drop the batter in portions onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, melt the chocolate coating and spread it over the American cookies.
