Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 4 eggs, for the dough
- 1 egg(s), for spreading
- 500 g kefir
- 1 tsp baking powder, Russian (baking soda)
- 300 g sugar
- Flour, to eye (for a soft dough)
- 1 ½ kg apples, peeled, pitted,
- vanilla sugar
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the sugar with the margarine. Stir in the eggs, vanilla sugar, kefir, baking powder, and flour. Make a soft dough. Spread half of the dough onto a baking sheet. Chop the apples, mix with the cinnamon, and place on top of the dough. Spread the remaining dough over the apples. Bake at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
