Salmon cream gratin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g salmon fillet(s) without skin, fresh or frozen
  • some salt and pepper, white or colored from the mill
  • 200 ml Cremefine for cooking
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp dill, fresh or frozen, chopped

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

without a fix bag but still fix

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat), 175°C (fan oven). Rinse the thawed salmon fillets and pat dry. Season with a little salt and a few turns of white, mixed, or black pepper and place in a baking dish. Mix the crème fraîche with the honey, about 1-2 tablespoons of mustard, and the dill. Season to taste with a little salt and a few turns of mixed or black pepper. Spread the sauce evenly over the salmon fillets and cook in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, fresh baguette, and/or fresh salad. Potatoes and leaf spinach also work.
