Simple bread salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ baguette(s)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 10 small tomatoes
  • Herbs (Italian herb mixture)
  • 1 cup olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the bread into small cubes, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with the herb mixture. Bake in the oven at approximately 150°C for approximately 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Peel, deseed, and dice the cucumber. Halve or quarter the tomatoes, depending on their size. Place the bread, cucumber, and tomato in a salad bowl and mix well.
