- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese, approx. 200 g
- 0.3 cucumber(s)
- 10 cocktail tomatoes
- some olive oil, good
- Curry powder (purple curry, hibiscus curry), alternatively yellow curry
- salt and pepper

Place the feta cheese in the center of a large serving platter and cut or break it into bite-sized pieces. Arrange a ring of colorful cocktail tomato halves around it. Place the sliced cucumber on the very outside. Sprinkle the ingredients with purple curry, salt, and pepper. Finally, drizzle the salad with green olive oil. This really brings out the color and flavor of the curry. Serve the salad with flatbread or enjoy it as a low-carb dish without bread.
