  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp spice(s)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Ingredients for the dough: flour, margarine, 1 egg, a little salt! Ingredients for the topping: leek, 1 tbsp margarine, minced meat, 1 onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper, paprika powder and minced meat seasoning to taste, breadcrumbs Ingredients for the topping: sour cream, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, grated cheese (e.g. Emmental) Knead the ingredients for the dough with your hands until smooth and spread evenly into a greased springform pan (26 cm diameter), forming a light edge. Pre-bake the dough at 200° (in an electric oven!!!) for approx. 8 minutes and then remove from the oven. In the meantime, wash and trim the leek and cut into thin slices. Dice the onion. Knead the remaining topping ingredients into a meatball dough, fry with the margarine in a pan, add the leek and onion, and sauté for about 10 minutes. Spread everything on the tart base. Mix the topping ingredients and spread evenly over the minced meat and leek mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake the tart at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned. Cut the tart into 12 cake-shaped pieces. For a baking sheet with high sides, use double the amount of ingredients! It’s also great at parties, served hot or cold!
