  • 250 g smoked trout fillet(s)
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small chili pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped capers
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 handfuls of basil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • n. B. Pepper, from the mill
  • n. B. Salt

Halve the tomatoes and place them in a bowl with the thinly sliced ​​onions, capers, and finely chopped chili. Cut the trout fillets into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes. For the dressing, whisk all ingredients well and pour over the salad. Add the roughly chopped basil and pine nuts and mix gently. Serve immediately. Tip: The salad looks even more beautiful and colorful with mixed cherry tomatoes.
