Quark Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 60 ml oil
  • 100 ml milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat and flour for the mold
  • 500 g quark
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

For the quark mixture, combine the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder, and milk. For the dough, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Gradually add the oil and milk, then carefully fold in the flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. Layer some batter into a greased and floured baking pan, then half of the quark filling, then more batter, then the remaining quark mixture, and finally the remaining batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160°C (convection oven) and bake the Bundt cake for about 30 minutes.
