Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g kumquat(s), prepared
  • ½ tsp ginger, freshly grated
  • 10 ml Grand Marnier
  • 250 g gelling sugar 1:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

Kumquat jam

Wash and dry the kumquats, then cut them into approximately 2 mm slices, removing the seeds. Mix the kumquats with the gelling sugar and ginger. Cover and let stand for four hours. Then bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for 4 minutes. Add the Grand Marnier and immediately pour the jam into jars and seal.
