Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ bar of dark chocolate
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 125 ml butter-flavored rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- some dark chocolate chips, to taste
- 4 tbsp, heaped almonds, ground
- 10 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, fine
- 5 tbsp, heaped hazelnuts, ground
- 3 tbsp, heaped wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- some vanilla flavor
- some cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
without sugar
Break the chocolate into small pieces, or better yet, grate it. Melt the honey briefly in a cup in the microwave and pour it over the chocolate. Add the egg and oil and mix everything together. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and mix with a hand mixer. Divide the dough into round discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
