Oatmeal cookies with dark chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ bar of dark chocolate
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 125 ml butter-flavored rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • some dark chocolate chips, to taste
  • 4 tbsp, heaped almonds, ground
  • 10 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, fine
  • 5 tbsp, heaped hazelnuts, ground
  • 3 tbsp, heaped wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • some vanilla flavor
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Break the chocolate into small pieces, or better yet, grate it. Melt the honey briefly in a cup in the microwave and pour it over the chocolate. Add the egg and oil and mix everything together. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and mix with a hand mixer. Divide the dough into round discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
