Mediterranean rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 rolls for baking
  • 4 slices of salami with garlic
  • ½ ball of mozzarella
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Basil, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with garlic salami, two kinds of tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil and basil

Halve the rolls. Cut the garlic salami, mozzarella, and sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Deseed the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Mix everything with olive oil (careful not to add too much, or the rolls will be too greasy), salt, basil, and freshly ground pepper, and spread them on the rolls. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (convection oven) for about 14 minutes. Tip: You can use regular salami instead of the garlic salami, then add a little garlic—I wouldn’t do without it, because of its unique flavor.
