  • 400 g Spelled flour
  • 320 ml Cold water
  • 1 Tl Salt
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 handful Sunflower seeds
  • Some bread spice
  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir briefly. Then chill for 12 hours. The next morning, mix everything very briefly with a little flour and let rise for 1.5 hours. I baked the bread in a glass casserole dish with a lid at 230 ° C. Flour the mold, pour in the dough, put the lid on and bake for about 30 – 40 minutes. Just before the end of baking, remove the lid and bake for 5 minutes at 230 ° C. Let cool in the mold for 10 minutes and then carefully remove from the baking dish. Tastes great! Have fun baking!
