Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 scallops, ready to eat
- 80 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 50 ml cream, or Cremefine for cooking
- 50 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sauté the butter, stir in the flour, and deglaze with half the milk. Combine the remaining milk with the cream (or Cremefine) and 50g of the cheese. Place the mussels in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and spread the sauce over the mussels. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and a few knobs of butter and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (grill setting). Tip: If you like, you can also add 100ml of white wine to the sauce.
