Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 turkey schnitzels
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder, hot
  • ⅛ liter of water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the turkey cutlets into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Brown them in hot oil. Peel the onion, slice it into strips, and brown it. Add the sweet paprika, roast briefly, and then deglaze with about 1/8 liter of water. Add the diced bell pepper and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then stir in the cream and crème fraîche and reduce briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and hot paprika. Serve hot.
