Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 400 g cream
  • 2 onions
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • n. B. Oil
  • e.g. tomato paste or ajvar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and easy

Peel the onions and slice into rings. Pat the meat dry and cut into strips. Heat a little oil in a pan, fry the onions, then add the meat and cook. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in the tomato paste or ajvar and fry briefly. Pour in the cream and let the dish simmer gently, covered, for about 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.
