Asparagus Cooked in Sous Vide

- 300 g Asparagus (1.5 cm thick)
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
- 1 piece Vacuum bag

- First, carefully wash the asparagus tips off and peel the asparagus thoroughly. Break off the lower end of the asparagus stalks, as this is mostly woody.
- Season the asparagus with a pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt. Carefully place the stalks next to each other in a vacuum bag (the asparagus should be in a row and not on top of each other), put the butter in the bag and seal it.
