Grilled Salad with Vinaigrette
The perfect grilled salad with vinaigrette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Romaine lettuce
- 1 piece Shallot
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Sweet mustard
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Sea-Salt
- 2 tbsp Mineral water
- For the vinaigrette, peel the shallot and cut it into very fine cubes. Place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients except for the salad and whisk with a whisk.
- Grill the lettuce quarters on the cut sides over direct heat until they have turned color. Place on a plate and pour some vinaigrette over it. A great side dish for grilling.
