Grilled Salad with Vinaigrette

The perfect grilled salad with vinaigrette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Romaine lettuce
  • 1 piece Shallot
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Sweet mustard
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Sea-Salt
  • 2 tbsp Mineral water
  1. For the vinaigrette, peel the shallot and cut it into very fine cubes. Place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients except for the salad and whisk with a whisk.
  2. Grill the lettuce quarters on the cut sides over direct heat until they have turned color. Place on a plate and pour some vinaigrette over it. A great side dish for grilling.
