Chocolate Peanut Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 0.33 tsp salt
  • 170 g butter or margarine, melted
  • 50 g sugar
  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 2 small eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 100 g chocolate chips (chocolate chunks), dark
  • 100 g peanuts, unsalted, chopped

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

made quick and easy

Preheat oven to 170°C fan/convection oven. Mix all ingredients into a dough. Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten slightly. Leave about 3-4 cm of space between each ball. Bake cookies in the hot oven for about 10-12 minutes and let cool. Makes about 30 cookies.
