Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 0.33 tsp salt
- 170 g butter or margarine, melted
- 50 g sugar
- 110 g brown sugar
- 2 small eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 100 g chocolate chips (chocolate chunks), dark
- 100 g peanuts, unsalted, chopped

Preheat oven to 170°C fan/convection oven. Mix all ingredients into a dough. Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten slightly. Leave about 3-4 cm of space between each ball. Bake cookies in the hot oven for about 10-12 minutes and let cool. Makes about 30 cookies.
