Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g almonds, ground
- 2 eggs
- 45 g coconut flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp, heaped protein powder
- 50 g sweetener (stevia) or other sugar substitute
- 62 g chocolate, dark
- 100 g butter
- 20 ml full cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 9 minutes; Total time approx. 29 minutes
Combine all ingredients except the butter, heavy cream, and chocolate in a bowl and mix to form a dough. Melt the butter, add the chocolate, and let it melt. Add the heavy cream and mix well. Add the chocolate mixture to the dough and mix well again. Form approximately 21 equal-sized balls. Flatten them and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 8-10 minutes. Each cookie contains approximately 100 kcal.
