- 1,000 g low-fat curd cheese
- 400 g protein powder (Whey Isolate White Chocolate)
- 100 g instant oat flakes

Protein bars made from whey protein, low-fat curd cheese and instant flakes
Place the low-fat quark in a large bowl. Then add the egg white powder and instant flakes. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or wooden spoon until smooth. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Pour the mixture onto the sheet and spread evenly. Bake for approximately 50 minutes at 80°C fan-assisted oven. The mixture should not brown, but rather dry out. Cut into 12 even bars using a pizza cutter. After cooling for approximately 60 minutes, the cake can be cut in half.
