Chunky Flavor Softcookies without eggs or milk

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 280 g flour
  • 250 g applesauce
  • 5 pinches of flavoring (chunky flavor) of your choice
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp coffee powder, instant, or baking cocoa
  • e.g. chocolate drops, raisins, nuts or cranberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 9 minutes; Total time approx. 54 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Beat the margarine with the applesauce, Chunky Flavor, vanilla sugar, and salt until creamy. You can also add two tablespoons of instant coffee or cocoa powder. Gradually stir the flour into the mixture and finally add the baking powder. If desired, you can now add chocolate chips, cranberries, or nuts to the batter. Use two spoons to form small mounds and place them on a baking sheet. The cookies will still spread, so make sure to leave enough space between them. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack and bake for 9 minutes. The cookies will still be quite soft, but that’s how it should be, as they will harden slightly as they cool.
