Spicy chicken fillet in yogurt marinade

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 3 tbsp spice mix (Baharat)
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes

Very tender and juicy

Cut the chicken fillets into medallions and place them in a baking dish. Add the Baharat spice mix and massage in well. Add the yogurt and knead well again. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), remove the cover from the baking dish, and bake for about 30 minutes. Some water may separate from the yogurt; this is normal. Remove the chicken fillets from the baking dish and serve; any resulting water can be discarded. Serve with salad and flatbread.
