  • ½ baguette(s)
  • ½ cream cheese spread – corner
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
  • 4 tbsp RAMA Cremefine for cooking (or cream)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder (hot)
  • salami
  • ½ gherkin(s)
  • 1 piece(s) bell pepper(s), yellow
  • ½ onion(s)
  • some tomato ketchup
  • some chili powder
  • Cheese (Gouda), young

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Cut the baguette in half and prepare a creamy “sauce” with cream, cheese, and spices. Spread it on the bottom of the baguette, then place the salami on top. Slice the bell pepper into chunks or thinner strips, slice the cucumber, and finely slice the onion. Add a few dashes of ketchup and sprinkle with chili powder. Place the Gouda cheese on top and bake the baguette for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, place the “lid” of the baguette on the toaster and warm it up. Once baked, close the baguette. TIPS: If you like, you can also spread a few sliced ​​mushrooms on top! For a spicier twist, chop one chili pepper and spread it on the baguette.
