Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s), small, diced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ¼ liter instant soup
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ tsp basil, dried
- ½ tsp oregano, dried
- salt and pepper
- 2 rolls
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 30 g cheese, coarsely grated
- Tomato(s), (cocktail tomatoes)
- basil, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the onion in hot oil, add the minced meat, and cook briefly. Stir in the tomato paste and immediately pour in the soup. Add the garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool briefly. Halve the rolls crosswise, drizzle with olive oil, place on a baking sheet, and briefly roast in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 200°C. Mix the meat mixture with the cheese, spread it among the rolls, and bake at 200°C for about 8 minutes. Garnish with tomatoes and basil.
