Eggs: Wild Garlic Eggs

The perfect eggs: wild garlic eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Eggs (L), free range
  • 2 Tablespoon (level) Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 6 piece Fresh wild garlic leaves
  • 0,1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Red and green garnish
  1. Boil the eggs for approx. 7 – 8 minutes until they are waxy, peel them, cut in half lengthways and place the egg yolks in a bowl. Arrange the protein halves on a plate on herb leaves (here it was ground grass).
  2. Weigh the wild garlic leaves very finely. Mix the egg yolks with mustard, mayonnaise (homemade of course) and the chopped wild garlic and season with paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour this mixture into a piping bag and fill the protein halves with it. Decorate with a green leaf and something red.
