Eggs: Wild Garlic Eggs
The perfect eggs: wild garlic eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 piece Eggs (L), free range
- 2 Tablespoon (level) Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 6 piece Fresh wild garlic leaves
- 0,1 teaspoon Paprika powder
- Salt and pepper
- Red and green garnish
- Boil the eggs for approx. 7 – 8 minutes until they are waxy, peel them, cut in half lengthways and place the egg yolks in a bowl. Arrange the protein halves on a plate on herb leaves (here it was ground grass).
- Weigh the wild garlic leaves very finely. Mix the egg yolks with mustard, mayonnaise (homemade of course) and the chopped wild garlic and season with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Pour this mixture into a piping bag and fill the protein halves with it. Decorate with a green leaf and something red.
