Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 150 ml olive oil
- 6 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 4 tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and also cut them into thin strips. Dice the garlic. Chop the parsley. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Briefly fry the bell peppers in the olive oil. They should remain firm to the bite. Add the remaining ingredients. Remove the pan from the heat. Season with salt and pepper. The colorful bell peppers can be eaten cold, as a salad, or warm, as a side dish.
