Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ baguette(s)
- ½ cream cheese spread – corner
- 1 tbsp cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
- 4 tbsp RAMA Cremefine for cooking (or cream)
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder (hot)
- 2 slice(s) ham, cooked
- some pineapple pieces from the can
- Almond(s), flakes
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise, low-fat
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- ¼ banana(s)
- 2 tsp pineapple juice
- 4 tsp curry powder
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- Cheese (Gouda), young
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Cut the baguette in half and prepare a creamy “sauce” with cream, cheese, and spices. Spread it on the bottom of the baguette, place the ham and pineapple on top, and sprinkle the almond flakes on top. Make a dip with mayo, yogurt, pureed banana, and pineapple juice. Season with plenty of curry and chili powder, spread on the baguette, top with cheese, and bake for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, place the “lid” of the baguette on the toaster oven and warm it up. Once baked, close the baguette. Tip: Also delicious with peach pieces instead of pineapple!
