Polish chocolate cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 300 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 ml water
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • ¾ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Light and fluffy, delicious chocolate cake – simple and delicious

Boil the margarine with sugar, cocoa powder, and water, then let it cool. Then stir in the remaining ingredients one at a time. Pour the batter into a bundt pan and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes.
