Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, half+half
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the minced meat with eggs, breadcrumbs, onion seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix everything together. Form into very small meatballs and fry in a little oil, then let cool. Drain the mushrooms and pineapple and place them in a bowl, cutting the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces if desired. Add the mayonnaise, cream, ketchup, and curry powder and mix everything well. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder to taste. Add the cold meatballs and mix again. It’s best to let them marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
