Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of salmon fillet(s), frozen
- n. B. Salt
- e.g. lemon pepper
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
very simple, very tasty
Place the salmon in a baking dish and season with salt and lemon pepper to taste. Spread the cream around the salmon, not on top of it, as this will wash away the seasoning. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. This is a very simple recipe from my aunt, who said she couldn’t cook otherwise. But it’s delicious!
