Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 cups of cream, 200 g each
  • 5 packs of cream stiffener
  • 5 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 pack of Viennese cake bases, light, 3-layer

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple, no baking

Combine the cream, cream stiffener, and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl and whip until the consistency is almost like heavy cream. Add Nutella (a little more to taste) and mix. Spread the cream on the three Viennese cake layers (I also like to spread the cream around the cake).
