Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g mushrooms, mixed or just mushrooms, cleaned, sliced
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 250 ml cream
- 1 bunch spring onion(s), cleaned, cut into rings
- 100 ml white wine
- salt and pepper
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sauté the finely diced onions in butter until translucent. Add the cleaned mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with the wine and reduce slightly. Add the cream and reduce slightly again. Stir in the spring onions, simmer for about 20 minutes, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with (homemade) bread dumplings and a green salad.
