Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large bell pepper(s)
  • 200 g poultry sausage
  • 2 spring onions
  • ¼ kohlrabi
  • 4 gherkins
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp cucumber water
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • Water
  • e.g. mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. sugar or sweetener

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Wash and trim the vegetables, then cut them into small cubes. Add the chicken sausage and mozzarella. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Make a marinade with the remaining ingredients. Pour over the ingredients and let it marinate, covered, for a few hours, preferably in the refrigerator.
