Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g Lollo Bianco
- 35 g iceberg lettuce
- 60 g date cherry tomatoes
- 50 g cucumber(s)
- 125 g cantaloupe melon(s)
- 60 g feta cheese
- 40 g raw ham (nut ham) or other
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
First, wash and chop the lettuce. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and melon, arrange them over the salad, and crumble the feta over the salad. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chopped ham, and sauté. Now let it caramelize briefly with the honey, deglaze with the balsamic vinegar, bring to a boil, and pour over the salad. 422 kcal per serving.
