Wild garlic chicken from the oven

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g wild garlic
  • 150 g cashew nuts, natural
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of fruit vinegar
  • 700 g chicken fillet(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Chop all ingredients, except the chicken fillet, and process into a paste using a hand blender fitted with a chopping bowl. Season to taste. Mix the paste with the chicken fillet in a casserole dish. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven) and bake the chicken fillet for about 30 minutes, until cooked through. Serve with pasta or potatoes.
