Redfish Fillet on Spicy Leaf Spinach

The perfect redfish fillet on spicy leaf spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Discs Redfish fillet
  • 2 Discs Spinach leaves TK
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 2 Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Dried parsley
  • Salt
  • Lemon Pepper Mill
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Butter
  • 1 Nutmeg (grated)
  • 1 Fenugreek powder (or something from the bouillon cube)
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  1. Sauté the chopped onion in a little butter and add the spinach. Simmer over medium heat. As soon as the spinach is soft, season it.
  2. Sprinkle the washed fish fillets with salt and lemon pepper. Pull through the egg yolk and breadcrumbs (with the parsley in it) and press down a little if necessary.
  3. Fry them hot in a pan and then fry them on both sides in butter over a medium heat.
  4. At the table I still put some lemon juice on the finished fish. We had rice as a side dish.
  5. PS. There is no photo for bears today!
