Salmon Tartare with Avocado on Cucumber Salad

  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Lemon or lime
  • 1 Fresh dill
  • 1 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Cress
  • 1 Modena balsamic vinegar
  • Sprig of dill
  • Cucumber and 0.5 onion
  • Olive oil
  • 2 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 drops White mild vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Chop the cucumber, onion and salmon tartare.
  2. Cucumber salad: Mix the cucumber and onion pieces with the above-mentioned spices.

  5. Serving: Put the seasoned salmon tartare in the cup and press down a little. Remove the cup. Some cress and dill on top. The cucumber salad next to it and a few lettuce leaves that I only seasoned with a little oil, salt, pepper and a drop of balsamic vinegar. Sprinkles of balsamic vinegar.
