Salmon Fillet on Marinated Avocado Slices, Avocado Orange Salad and French Fries
The perfect salmon fillet on marinated avocado slices, avocado orange salad and french fries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salmon fillet
- 2 Pc. Frozen salmon fillet
- Salt pepper
- 30 g Butter
Avocado orange salad
- 0,5 Lemon
- 1 Orange
- 1 Avocado
- Salt pepper
- 1 tsp Honey
- Chilli from the mill
- 2 tsp Cress (garden cress)

- 300 g French fries frozen
- Peel the avocado and orange and cut into small pieces, drizzle with the lemon juice, season with salt, pepper and chilli and mix with honey. Let it steep for about half an hour. Finally, pour the cress over it.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper and fry briefly on both sides in a little oil for about 4 minutes. Pour the butter flakes over the fish to taste.
- First cut some very thin slices from the avocado and arrange on the plate. Salt, pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Then serve the salmon.
- Either serve the avocado and orange salad on the plate or serve it separately.
- We had french fries from the oven as a side dish.
