Salmon Tartare with Avocado on Cucumber Salad

- 100 g Smoked salmon
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Lemon or lime
- 1 Fresh dill
- 1 Lettuce leaves
- 1 Cress
- 1 Modena balsamic vinegar
- Sprig of dill
- Cucumber and 0.5 onion
- Olive oil
- 2 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 drops White mild vinegar
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt and pepper

- Salt
- Colorful pepper mill
- Chop the cucumber, onion and salmon tartare.
- Cucumber salad: Mix the cucumber and onion pieces with the above-mentioned spices.
- Lift out the avocado meat with a teaspoon, add a little lemon juice and cut into small pieces. Mix together with the salmon, herbs and spices in a bowl.
- Dessert ring: I had to look for something in my kitchen because I don’t have one. Somebody did it on the Internet with double aluminum foil wrapped around the glass … when I rummaged through my large drawer I saw … a plastic cup … I cut it off with a knife and then with the scissors . - Serving: Put the seasoned salmon tartare in the cup and press down a little. Remove the cup. Some cress and dill on top. The cucumber salad next to it and a few lettuce leaves that I only seasoned with a little oil, salt, pepper and a drop of balsamic vinegar. Sprinkles of balsamic vinegar.
