Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 sausages
- 300 g tagliatelle pasta
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot(s)
- Butter or oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water, slightly past the “al dente” point. Meanwhile, peel and slice the sausages, and chop the garlic and shallot. Drain the cooked pasta, let it drain, and set aside. Sauté the garlic and shallots in butter or oil in a pasta pot, then add the sausage and cook briefly. Add the pasta and let it simmer for another 1-2 minutes, then serve immediately.
