Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90 g sugar
- 135 g margarine (half-fat margarine)
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 2 jars of sour cherries (morello cherries) without sugar
- 100 g margarine (half-fat margarine)
- 230 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

For the dough, beat the sugar and margarine until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in the almonds and cinnamon powder. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let the cherries drain and spread them on top. For the crumble, knead the margarine with the flour, sugar, cinnamon powder and vanilla sugar into crumbles and spread these on the cherries. If you like the crumble especially sweet, you can also mix in a few drops of liquid sweetener. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (gas mark 2, fan oven 160°C) on the middle rack for approx. 35 minutes. Let the finished cake cool and cut into 20 pieces. For WWlers: 1 piece 4 P.
