Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • n. B. Kerne

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Weigh all ingredients, mix together, and let stand for 30 minutes. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and add the bread dough. If desired, sprinkle with seeds and lightly press them into the dough with a spoon. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 75 minutes. The bread will still be a little moist after baking, but this will pass.
