Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 100 g cheese (grated cheese)
- 150 g turkey breast
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, or more
- some paprika powder
- 300 g sour cream
- 2 ciabatta
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chop the vegetables and meat, mix with grated garlic, sour cream, cheese, and seasonings. Cut open the ciabatta bread and spread the mixture on top. Fold the bread together and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Let cool slightly. Then cut the bread into 5 cm thick slices, secure with toothpicks, and arrange on the plate. Serve warm, if possible.
