Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g mixed berries, dark (frozen)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 200 ml apple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour into a glass and garnish with some dark berries.
