Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g beans (broken)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 100 g olives, stuffed
  • 75 g feta cheese
  • 1 herb(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • savory

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Crisp and fruity

Cut the beans into bite-sized pieces and cook with savory in salted water until al dente, then drain. Halve the olives and toss with the tomatoes, peppers, corn, and beans. Dice the feta and stir in. Season with herb seasoning, salt, pepper, and savory. Serve with fresh bread as a complete meal. As a side dish to grilled food or similar, the salad serves three.
