Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 Mettenden
- 2 bags of rice
- 10 tomatoes (party tomatoes)
- 5 slice(s) processed cheese, Dutch
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with Mettenden
Cut the mettenden sausages into small pieces and quarter the tomatoes. Cut open the rice bags. Fry the mettenden sausages in a pan. Pour in the broth, season with pepper, and let it simmer for a while. Stir in the tomatoes and loose rice and simmer over low heat until the rice is tender and the tomatoes have evaporated. Then place the cheese slices on top of the rice and mix everything until the cheese has dissolved.
