Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g fillet(s) (turkey fillet), thick enough for stuffing
- 1 package of mozzarella
- 1 tomato(s)
- some olive oil
- 2 pieces of aluminum foil
- some salt and pepper
- Garlic
- Paprika powder
- Seasoned salt (tomato-mozzarella salt)
- optional spice(s) of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with tomato and mozzarella
Wash the turkey fillets and cut them open on the side so they can be opened. Season to taste (my recommendation: salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and tomato-mozzarella salt). Wash the tomatoes and slice them, as well as the mozzarella. Then place the tomato and mozzarella slices inside the fillets. Fold them closed, place them on the aluminum foil, pour or brush the olive oil over the meat and foil, and then seal the aluminum foil. Place the whole thing in the oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 25-30 minutes. It’s best to use a casserole dish, as liquid can leak out.
